Orders & Delivery

Unless a preferred delivery time is provided, orders received by the prescribed time, will be sent for delivery the next day, except for Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Some remote areas of New Zealand may require up to 48 hours for deliveries. Out-of-town, rural deliveries or international deliveries may not be possible. Special delivery requests may be considered by Denheath. Arrangements and costs will be notified before any acceptance of your order.
If no one is available to sign for your insulated package, it will be left on the doorstep.

Assortment packs may have unavailable items substituted.

Denheath guarantees the freshness, quality and value of every Denheath relay order. Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to Denheath. Special delivery conditions apply to hotels, hospitals, ships, airports etc.

Refund Policy

If your order is not delivered to your satisfaction then Denheath will either arrange a re-delivery of your order to the recipient or provide you with a 100% refund of your order.

Prices apply in New Zealand and include GST. Denheath customers are advised that prices apply to the products depicted on this Denheath internet site only. Extra charges for out-of-town delivery, if applicable, will be notified to you before your order is accepted.

Variations in Prices Charged

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
